And the Houthis visited prisoners from both sides as a goodwill initiative and as part of a confidence-building effort to extend the truce in Yemen.
Brigadier General Al-Maliki added that this humanitarian visit concerns the case of the prisoners as a purely humanitarian cause, and is one of the achievements of the truce and the desire to extend it and expand its benefits in the lives of Yemenis. from the point of view of humanitarian, economic and domestic aspects. To start the political process and achieve a comprehensive peace in Yemen.
Brigadier General Al-Maliki concluded his speech by emphasizing that the POW file received special care and attention from the leadership of the coalition and that every effort would continue to be made to return all POWs on both sides and close the case.
