With the participation of a member of the Technical Committee Director, lecturer Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif and 13 instructors.
The course included theoretical and practical lectures covering several areas, primarily physical requirements in football, physiology of physical effort, training planning, speed endurance training and fitness tests in football.
This is the second course for fitness trainers (A1) as the first course took place in Riyadh from May 28th to June 1st and the third course will take place in Jeddah from the 15th to 19th of the same month.
For his part, the chairman of the technical committee, Turki Al-Sultan, thanked the administration of the Sports City of Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi for holding the session, a good reception and providing all the conditions for the successful operation of the track.
These courses are part of a development program established by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation to improve the skills of national coaches in all disciplines.
