On Wednesday, Kuwait’s Constitutional Court ruled that appeals related to the 2022 National Assembly elections were not admissible because they were held without legal capacity.

Kuwait News Agency cited a court statement saying that it delivered its decision on the appeals at today’s hearing on the basis that an appeal must be filed with this court by the person concerned personally or by someone expressly authorized by him to run for elections on his behalf in statutory period.

She pointed out that this reality goes beyond the expiration of the time limit set for electoral appeals, and then the appeal, and this is the case, is submitted without a quality that cannot be accepted.
