A number of critics and observers have demanded that the chief executives of clubs that do not meet their first quarter target be held accountable for receiving prescribed management support, given that these managers are responsible for exercising management, and failure to do so means depriving the club of financial support controlled by the state for club support through the management window.

Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Nasr, Al-Faiha and Al-Khalij clubs failed to meet the conditions necessary to receive prescribed management support.
