His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Jazan Region, today received in his office in the Emirate Ibrahim Al Riyani, Director of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Sports and leaders of sports clubs in Jazan.
During the meeting, His Highness was presented with the strategy of the Ministry of Sports for the development of sports in the region, the stages of completion of existing sports projects, as well as future projects that will be implemented in the next stage in accordance with the needs of the people of Jazan in various sports.
He also discussed with the director of the branch of the Ministry of Sports and the leaders of the clubs of the region the reality and future of sports, the needs that will contribute to the development of sports in the Jazan region in all sports by preparing a generation of athletes capable of participating in sports events in the region and beyond, discussing the development of the system work in these clubs and the creation of leaders. Actors have the opportunity to increase their role in the active sports movement in accordance with the goals of the national vision.
His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz stressed the importance of supporting sports talent in the region and increasing the participation of women in various sports in line with the Kingdom’s vision for 2030, which is to focus on developing champions in various sports through the establishment of sports academies and preparation of all requirements to gain access to the clubs of the region for the professional league.
