“Discipline” punishes Talisca for insulting the Crescent

The Disciplinary Committee fined Muniz Al Shammari, President of Al-Oruba Club (First Degree), 60,000 for his statements in the media, which contained insults against the referee of his last match. The Committee also issued him a warning: explaining that the subject to appeal.
