As a result of the draw of the Asian Futsal Championship, which took place on Thursday in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, our team got into group D along with Japan, Vietnam and South Korea.
The Asian Futsal Cup will take place in Kuwait with 16 teams competing for the precious continental title as the tournament takes place in the Western Asian region for the first time in 10 years from September 27 to October 8.
The groups, according to the results of the draw, were distributed as follows:
Group A: Kuwait, Iraq, Thailand and Oman.
Group B: Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
Group C: Iran, China, Taipei, Indonesia and Lebanon.
Group D: Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
