His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today attended the meeting of the 155th session of the Council of Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council in Riyadh. The meeting was chaired by His Excellencies Mr. bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Chairman of the current session of the Council.
The meeting was attended by Their Highnesses, Excellencies, Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and His Excellency Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Mr. Jassim Muhammad Al – Budaywi.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to intensify the process of cooperation and joint coordination to achieve the aspirations of the leaders of the GCC states and the peoples of the region, while the ministers reviewed developments in the Gulf region, as well as discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arena and the efforts made in this respect.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Rassi.
