In continuation of the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the direction of the wise leadership – may God help them – in operations to evacuate from the Republic of Sudan to the Kingdom of 195 citizens of brotherly and friendly countries of the following nationalities (Pakistan, Palestine, Thailand, Mauritania, Sri Lanka, United States America, Poland, India, Great Britain, Austria, Indonesia, Canada, Iraq, Egypt, Australia and Syria), where they were taken by His Majesty the King on the ship Mecca, in order to prepare to facilitate their departure to their countries. Evacuated from Sudan C began operations to evacuate about 2,991 people (119 Saudis and 2,872 people of 80 nationalities).
