In the second half, Thomas Müller scored the third goal in the 51st minute, followed by Timo Werner’s fourth and fifth goals in the 68th and 69th minutes.
Wilfried Nonto scored in the 78th minute and Alessandro Bastoni scored two goals for Italy in stoppage time.
In the same group, the Hungarian team repeated the victory over the host England and beat it with a score of 4:0.
Hungary taught host England a harsh lesson and won them four unanswered goals after beating them in the first leg in Budapest with an unanswered goal.
England ended the match with ten men after John Stones was sent off in the 82nd minute for a second yellow card.
Freiburg forward Ronald Szalai took the lead with the first and second goals for Hungary in the 16th and 70th minutes, while Zolt Nagy and Daniel Gazdag scored the third and fourth goals in the 80th and 89th minutes.
