Israeli police arrested a married couple from their car in Jerusalem at dawn on Thursday and left their two children, one of them a baby, in the car crying alone.
An eyewitness who filmed the incident explained that the police stopped the car on Rue Talpiot, issued the couple’s ID, and then forced them out of the car, leaving the two children alone in the car, not taking care of them despite crying heavily.
