Italian Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, signed the decree for those who came to the country from outside the European Union to lift the mandatory quarantine and be satisfied with the green health certificate.
With this decree, which will come into force from the beginning of next March, Italy applies the same rules in force in European countries to those coming from non-European countries.
