The photographs were taken during the visit of Boris Johnson, the outgoing British Prime Minister, to a meeting with Ukrainian soldiers being trained in the United Kingdom.
Johnson appeared in one of the shots throwing a grenade (grenade) and in another image he appeared with a rocket on his shoulder. According to The Independent, Johnson visited troops in North Yorkshire who are being trained as part of Britain’s support for Ukraine in its fight against the ongoing Russian invasion.
And footage circulated by Downing Street (government headquarters) on Saturday showing the retired prime minister talking to Ukrainian and British military and holding a machine gun. On Saturday, Johnson posted a video of the visit to his Twitter account and expressed “proud of the work the United Kingdom has done so far to support Ukraine’s efforts.” Johnson said that 400 Ukrainian soldiers are training in the UK, preparing to go to fight in Ukraine. “We want to train about 10,000 of them over the next four months,” he added. It is noteworthy that the UK has supported Ukraine with several types of weapons, including anti-tank missiles, armored vehicles and rocket launchers.
