Al-Nasr Club have announced the sale of the remainder of the contract of their Uruguayan professional Jonathan Rodriguez after the two sides agreed to end the relationship by mutual consent.
Al-Nasr signed Cruz Azul’s Jonathan to a contract in January last year with a contract term until June 30, 2024. Thus, Jonathan becomes the first professional to leave Al-Nasr in the summer.
The Uruguayan striker has made 9 appearances for Al-Nasr, 8 in the league and 1 in the Copa del Rey, scoring only one goal.
On the other hand, defender Ali Lagami was confirmed to be out for the team’s remaining two league games due to injury, after medical tests confirmed he suffered a bruised articular bone and torn medial ligament following an injury he sustained at recent workout.
