Karim Benzema Leaves for Jeddah: Al-Ittihad Club’s New French Striker Ready to Take on the World Exceptional League

Al-Ittihad club, the champions of the Saudi professional football league Roushen, announced that its new French striker Karim Benzema is leaving today, Wednesday, for the city of Jeddah.

And the official account of Al-Ittihad Jeddah club on their official Twitter page posted photos of Benzema when he boarded the plane and commented: “Our new star, Karim Benzema, is going to Jeddah. Ready, Champions of the World Exceptional League?”

And the Saudi club released a video clip of the ceremony of officially signing a contract with Benzema for a period of three years, in which the French striker said: “I’m glad to see you in Jeddah.”
