First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Dr. Muhammad Abdul Latif Al-Faris as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Rana Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al-Faris as Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology, Abdul Rahman Badah Al-Mutairi as Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, and Abdul Wahab Muhammad Al-Rashid as Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, Dr. Ahmed Abdul-Wahhab Al-Awadi as Minister of Health, Hussain Ismail Muhammad Ismail as Minister of Petroleum, Dr. Khalifa Tamer Al-Hamida as Minister of State for Affairs Assembly Affairs and Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sa Bah as Minister of Defense, Ammar Muhammad Al Ajmi as Minister of Public Works and Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Mazen Saad Al Nahed, Minister of Trade and Industry Industry, Dr. Muthanna Talib Syed Abdul Rahman Al Rifai as Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman Bu Wazir as Minister of Justice, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Minister of State for the Promotion of Integrity and Advisor Hud Abdul Mohsen Al-Shaiji as Minister of Social Affairs and Public Development and Minister of State for Women and Children.
