The Constitutional Court of Kuwait, in its session on Sunday, ruled to invalidate the 2022 National Assembly, invalidate the decree to dissolve the parliament and restore the 2020 parliament, Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported. And the court made a decision in the operative part of the decision to invalidate the entire electoral process held in September last year in the electoral districts. And invalidated the membership of those who declared their victory in it, due to the invalidity of the dissolution of the National Assembly, and the invalidity of the invitation of voters to elect members of the Council.
On March 8, the Constitutional Court ruled to reserve pre-election appeals in all constituencies. The Constitutional Court considered electoral complaints regarding the last vote, which took place in September last year.
