Ukraine offered Russia soldiers money and promised them immunity from punishment if they surrendered.

“Make your decision. Come out unarmed, with white flag,” Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov wrote. on Facebook on Tuesday.

Each soldier is offered the equivalent of more more than 40,000 euros ($44,618). the campaign would be funded by the international IT industry.

“Anybody who refuses to be an occupier will bring peace. For those who choose the path of occupier – there will be no mercy!” Resnikov said.

If the Russians who surrender will actually receive the money could not be verified. According to Ukrainian sources, at least 200 Russians soldiers have been caught so far.

In the interrogation videos, many said they believed they were participating in a maneuver – but were in fact sent to fight in Ukraine.

Russia attacked the neighboring country last Thursday without declaring war. According to the UN, more more than 100 civilians already been killed, while more more than 300 were injured.

Until the beginning hours of On Tuesday, the Russian army had already fired at least 113 ballistic missiles at Ukraine, according to Ukrainian sources. Moscow vehemently denies attacking Ukrainian civilians.

The Ministry of Defense in Kyiv noted more more than 5,700 Russians soldiers had been killed Tuesday morning. Again, these numbers cannot be independently verified.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has listed some 29 planes, 29 helicopters and 198 tanks among the alleged destroyed Russian military equipment.
