Jeddah Municipality announced its participation in the Kudam Campaign in support of the Saudi Arabia national team participating in the 2022 World Cup in the State of Qatar through live screens, lighting, events and messages of encouragement.
Director General of Public Services Majed bin Omar Al Sulami explained that the municipality has been working on a package of activities to support the Saudi national team, including the installation of large screens to broadcast this global event to residents and visitors. Jeddah and it includes the following sites:
1- Main Secretariat Building 2- King Abdul Aziz Cultural Center at Abraq al-Ragama 3- Prince Majed Park 4- Thalia Park 5- Middle Corniche Park 6- Thalia Walk 7- Al Fayhaa Walk 8- Taiba Walk 9- Al – Rehabilitation walk 10 – Al Yamama Walk
He added that the activities included the dissemination of campaign messages and identities in support of the Saudi Arabia national team through advertising screens on the roads, as well as interactive lighting in the main building and the gate of Jeddah, as well as holding various side events. to visit venues for watching matches, by allocating exhibition space for football skills and interactive fireworks with the event includes wooden games, giant interactive figures, a face painting corner, and the distribution of flags and prizes.
It is worth noting that the Jeddah Transportation Company is participating in the “Green in front of you” campaign, spreading awareness and encouraging messages via public transport buses in support of the Saudi Arabian team participating in the 2022 World Cup.
