Vitaly Kiselyov, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Lugansk People’s Republic, said that republican forces managed to seize control of the village of Luganskaya and the city of Schasteh and drove out the Ukrainian forces from there.
“The city of Schastie and the village of Luganskaya are under the control of the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the Chancellor said.
At around 7:00 am, the same consultant announced the attack in this direction.
