His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Culture, met today in Mexico City with the Minister of Culture and Promotion of Diversity, Rirajim Dogona Bkasa of the Republic of Chad, during his participation in the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies. and Sustainable Development (Mondiaclte) 2022 hosted by the United States of Mexico.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation in the field of culture, and also discussed the possibility of creating a package of joint cultural initiatives, talent exchange programs between art and cultural institutions, creative residences, seminars and events aimed at building capacity, transferring experience and getting to know the cultures of the two countries. .
The meeting was attended by Inspector General for Cultural Affairs and International Relations of the Ministry of Culture Raqan bin Ibrahim Al-Tuk and Deputy Minister for International Cultural Relations Engineer Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Kanaan.
