HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, Minister of Sports, praised the enthusiasm of the Saudi youth, the skills and knowledge they gained during the World Cup, praising their efforts to represent the Kingdom and their competence in front of fans from all over the world. world. This happened today as His Highness met at the Saudi Arabia House area in Doha with a number of volunteers from the Kingdom selected by the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) to organize the 2022 FIFA World Cup events and matches. in Qatar in collaboration with the Saudi Arabian Football Association Knowledge Sharing and Volunteering Program.

The number of volunteers has reached 400 of both sexes out of approximately 1,200 candidates from Saudi Arabia, as the selection of FIFA volunteers, which is carried out in collaboration with the Saudi Arabia Football Association Knowledge Sharing and Volunteering Program, is in line with the goals. Kingdom Vision 2030, which aims to enroll one million volunteers from Saudi Arabia and provide volunteers with the knowledge and experience to manage major sporting events that the Kingdom will host in the future, as the program aims to develop basic skills and future skills, and also develop and localize knowledge, especially in crowd management and organization in accordance with international best practices, which develops the abilities of talented and creative Saudi youth.
