In the second group, Mudar defeated Al-Ahly (46–28), Al-Hilal defeated Al-Qarah (32–28), Al-Safa defeated Al-Taraji (20–33) and Al-Muhit and Al-Qadisiyah drew ( 26-26).

In the second group, Mudar team leads the standings with 27 points, Al-Safa is second with 23 points, followed by Al-Mohit with 19 points in third place, then Esperance is fourth with 14 points, and Al-Hilal is fifth with 10 points, after dominating the continent, which is in the same balance sixth, then Al-Qadisiyah is seventh with 6 points, and Al-Ahly is eighth with 3 points.
The final rounds of the tournament will be held in the eastern region from 04 to 09 February 2023.
