The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs condemned in the strongest possible terms the decision of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to repeat the crime of storming the Al-Aqsa mosque, which is usually a blatant challenge to the international community, the existing historical legal situation and the imposition of a new reality in which Al-Aqsa is divided in time.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that Israel’s decision constitutes an official declaration of religious war and insists on escalating aggression against the Palestinians and a coup against signed agreements in order to achieve Israeli interests away from the world.
The ministry held it fully responsible for these incursions, their consequences and risks in the arena of conflict, as well as for any efforts made to stop the Israeli escalation, stressing that the incursion of the Israeli occupiers into the city of Jerusalem and its holy places is intensifying.
