Permission to enter Qatar for ticket holders not participating in the World Cup

The Qatar Supreme Committee for Delivery and Heritage has announced a new feature for the Haya Card, which allows fans from all over the world to enter Qatar to enjoy the atmosphere of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar starting today, December 2nd. without the need to purchase tickets for the matches of the tournament.

Fans will only need to prove residency and pay an entry fee of 500 QAR without having to purchase match tickets. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this fee and it cannot be refunded if tickets are purchased. for matches after card issuance, as fees are only for non-ticket holders When applying for a Haya card.

The Qatar Supreme Committee has indicated that match ticket holders after December 2 will not be required to pay the QAR 500 entry fee, and fans who pay the QAR 500 entry fee and later purchase match tickets will not be able to receive a refund of the entry fee. .

Fans will receive permission to enter Qatar via email after payment of the entry fee and proof of residency.

Fans are advised not to travel until the completion of the Haya card process as they will not be allowed to board an aircraft without an entry permit, and fans traveling by ground through the Abu Samra border crossing must obtain a Haya card to enter.

The Haya Card is an entry visa to Qatar during the FIFA World Cup, a prerequisite for visiting stadiums along with a match ticket, and also allows its holders to use public transport, enter the FIFA Fan Fest for free and stay in Qatar until January 2023.
