Photos and video clips have circulated on social media showing the brave stance of Ali bin Nasser Al-Wardi from Bahla Wilayat in Al-Dahiliyah Governorate in rescuing two children detained in the valley.
He said when I saw two children in the middle of the valley who were frightened, he could not leave them, so he decided to bring them out with the help of his father and brother who were with him, so they said to him: Tie (the rope and then go to save them). He added: “It never occurred to me that I might lose my soul, but my main concern was to save my two children.”
Al-Wardi mentioned that these situations require determination and no hesitation; Because it is indecision that brings fear, as well as wariness if there are other people who can help. Al-Wardi concluded: I wish everyone to pay attention to the children, even if their parents were not present in the situation, and warn them of the dangers of the valleys.
