The Roshan Pro League Competition Committee has announced its decision to postpone Al Ittihad and Al Shabaab matches, as well as Al Wehda and Al Fateh matches in the ninth round of the competition, based on the performance of Al Ittihad and “Al-Wehda clubs in exchange for the participation of their players with their national teams in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The decision was made to hold the match between Al Shabab and Al Ittihad on January 9, 2023, and the match between Al Wehda and Al Fateh on January 26, 2023 instead of the two previously announced dates. Liga Roshan will return again after the World Cup stopped on Thursday, with head-to-heads between Damak and Al-Ettifaq, Al-Khalij and Al-Faihaa, and Al-Taawon and Al-Adala.
