Russian President Vladimir Putin said on On Friday there had been a few progress in The Moscow Talks with Ukraine, but did not provide any details.
“There are some positive changes, negotiators on our side tell me,” Putin said in an encounter with son Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, adding that the talks were continuing “virtually on a daily basis”.
Putin did not elaborate, but said in the televised remarks in which he would launch more detail with Lukashenko.
