Putin signed a decree on the introduction of “retaliatory” economic sanctions against “unfriendly” countries

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree imposing retaliatory economic sanctions in response to “unfriendly actions by certain foreign states and international organizations,” the Kremlin said on Tuesday. Under the new decree, Russia prohibits the export of products and raw materials to sanctioned individuals and legal entities and transactions with foreign individuals and legal entities affected by retaliatory Russian sanctions, the Russian parties are allowed not to fulfill their obligations to them.
