Yesterday in Tehran, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi and Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi discussed the developments in Iran’s nuclear program after the discovery of particles of uranium enriched to a level close to the creation of an atomic bomb. The brief visit came a year after the Argentine diplomat’s visit to Tehran in March 2022 and coincided with talk of a possible deal to resume talks on the Iranian nuclear dossier.
