The Saudi Federation of Sports for All has announced the start of registration for the Move with Us initiative, which aims to promote walking, running and cycling and building a healthy, active and sustainable society.
The initiative will be launched on October 29 in the holy city of Mecca, and the federation will involve all members of society, especially people who do not exercise, in these sports programs.
Participants in this event will be able to walk and run 1 to 5 km and cycle 12 km for adults (men and women) and youth will be given the opportunity to participate in this activity walking or running 1 km .Suitable for people with special needs to participate in sports activities.
