Press correspondents reported that representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission are still on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

In this context, he mentioned that the parking lot of the hotel in Donetsk center, where OSCE observers are staying, is almost full and that OSCE employees regularly leave the hotel.

On the morning of Thursday, February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced in a televised speech to the Russians that he had decided to launch a special military operation against Ukraine, stating that “the circumstances require us to take decisive and urgent measures and require military operations of the two Donbass Peoples”.
