Russian researcher accused of spy while working a european rocket program denied the allegations against him in a german court on Thusday.

He is accused of using son university position for access information.
The accused does not deny these allegations. However, he stressed that he had no know than the man he was in contact with has been also a member of the secret a service.
He had met him by chance on a travel with friends, said the defendant. Afterwards they met for a beer, where the consulate employee told him about an acquaintance who wanted invest in aeronautical projects.
“I never thought he was a employee of an agent organization”said the defendant.
