His Excellency Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hussain Ibrahim Taha today received His Excellency Ali Sabri, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and his accompanying delegation. While both sides discussed the prospects for expanding cooperation between the organization and Sri Lanka.
His Excellency the Secretary General emphasized the importance the organization attaches to the well-being of Muslim communities and communities around the world, including Sri Lanka, expressing his hope and desire to work closely in the future on issues of common interest.
