His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council was present; Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founder of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which took place in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, in response to an official invitation received by him from the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Saab Gafarov, in the presence of a number of speakers of parliaments and parliamentary delegations representing the parliaments of the countries of the world, and a number of heads of regional and international parliamentary organizations.
His Excellency also took part in the festive program of the special session of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dedicated to the centenary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
