Six people were killed and 15 others were injured in a traffic accident on the National Road 50 in Algeria’s Tindouf province on Monday, civil protection officials said.
The accident occurred near the village of Hassi Hebei after a passenger bus and a truck collided with a trailer. And, according to the Algiers News Agency, citing the civil protection services, as a result of the accident, according to preliminary data, 6 people died on the spot (4 women who were traveling in a bus, a truck driver and his companion). The victims of the accident and the injured were evacuated to a multidisciplinary clinic in the village of Hassi Hebei. The competent security authorities launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the terrible accident.
