Yesterday, Thursday, the Handball Federation, headed by Fadel Al-Nimr, announced the appointment of 66-year-old Spaniard Ramon Gallego as head of the arbitration department. Ramon will be responsible for overseeing the Judiciary Committee, in addition to establishing the Referee Development Program and maintaining the Prospective Referee Program, as well as all of the Committee’s tasks and tasks assigned to it with competence in the Arbitration Department. The Spaniard has a biography and extensive experience, which made him one of the brightest candidates for arbitration circuits in the Game Federation. At the World Championships, he participated in the arbitration of 7 Olympic Games, including the final of Barcelona and the Atlanta Olympics and headed the Committee of Referees and Observers at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
