Starfield, the new game developed by Bethesda, is a massive project for the company. It is considered their largest game to date, surpassing even their successful IPs, The Elder Scrolls and Fallout. After years of development, the game is finally nearing completion. The title has already been sent to the press and selected individuals for early access, which is a positive sign. For those who pre-ordered the Premium or Constellation edition, the game will be playable starting from September 1st. For everyone else, the release date is set for September 6th. However, it’s important to note that Starfield is exclusively available on PC and Xbox Series, as it is a Microsoft exclusive.
Starfield makes its star (and it makes sense)
The official opening ceremony of gamescom 2023, called Opening Night Live, took place in Cologne, Germany. Among the highly anticipated announcements and surprises, Bethesda kicked off the event by showcasing Starfield. The iconic composer, Inon Zur, took to the stage to perform the game’s theme on the piano, setting the mood. Following that, an exclusive live-action trailer, filled with impressive special effects, further emphasized Bethesda’s commitment to a grand marketing campaign.
