His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, met today at the Royal Court at Al Salam Palace in Jeddah with the President of the European Council, Mr Charles Michel.
During the meeting, historical relations and existing cooperation between the Kingdom and the countries of the European Union in various fields, including those related to energy, the environment and climate change, were reviewed.
They also discussed the regional and international situation and the efforts being made to achieve security and stability in the region and the world.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member and Climate Envoy, Mr. Adel bin Ahmed Al Jubeir, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the European Union Saad Al -Arifi and a number of high-ranking officials of the European Council.
