His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, Minister of Sports and Chairman of the Olympic and Paralympic Committee of Saudi Arabia, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince – God bless them – and the Council Ministers for the kind congratulations to the Saudi Arabian team participating in the 2022 World Cup in the State of Qatar, after Al-Akhdar’s victory over Argentina, with a score of two goals: one, at the start of Al-Akhdar’s career in the championship.
His Highness said in a press statement: “We are proud of the leadership of our dear country, which has seized every opportunity and prepared the way to enable our compatriots to succeed and achieve”, referring to the pride of the athletes in this congratulation, which is a great encouragement to the Saudi national team.
