Before the film’s formal debut, the Five Nights at Freddy’s trailer was posted online and made public.
The teaser was sent to Twitter in two parts by the user @zazaranhoz, who claims to have obtained access to the video in exchange for completing a survey. The release date for the film is mentioned in the early preview trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s, which states that it will occur in October.
