His Excellency José Ramos-Horta, President of the Democratic Republic of East Timor, today received His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdallah, Foreign Minister, on the sidelines of the 2023 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in the Swiss city. At the beginning of the reception, His Highness conveyed the greetings and gratitude of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, The Two Honorable King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the crown of the Prince and the Prime Minister, God bless them, His Excellency, and best wishes to the government and people of the Democratic Republic of East Timor for continued progress and prosperity.
During the reception, aspects of bilateral relations in many areas of joint cooperation, as well as ways to support and expand them in such a way that it serves the interests of the two countries and contributes to the achievement of greater stability and prosperity of the two friendly countries and peoples, in addition to exchanging views on events in the regional and international arenas and efforts made in this regard.
