The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in France organized the “Cat Walk 2022” march in defense of endangered wild cats, including the Arabian leopard, with the participation of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the French Republic, Fahd bin Mayouf. Al-Ruwaili and Her Highness Princess Haifa bint Abdulaziz Al Muqrin, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), members of the Embassy, its attaches, a number of ambassadors accredited to France and friends of the Embassy. The march, which began in the March Garden in front of the Eiffel Tower in the capital of Paris, aims to protect 40 endangered wild cat species and raise awareness to remind them of their importance to biodiversity and the need to conserve them in their environment.
