The draft constitutional framework sets out the objectives of the transitional period to revise the Juba Peace Agreement, signed in October 2020, leading to a just peace inclusive of all non-signatory movements. Kailub specified that the draft declaration would be submitted for further discussion, stressing that the Bar Association is at the same distance from all parties seeking civic transformation.
