Three youths were killed and another seriously injured on Tuesday when their car went out of control and plunged into a hole about 3 meters deep in Harodi, Uttar Pradesh state in northern India, police said.
Press Trust news agency of India reported that the accident happened on Sandela-Banjarmao Street near Kasimpur Police Station as a group of six young people were on their way to a friend’s wedding.
The car was driving fast when the driver lost control while trying to avoid colliding with another oncoming vehicle.
Police said the car fell into a water-filled hole about 3 meters deep.
