Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) launched a new lodging project which will allow Turkish citizens living abroad to become owners in Istanbul with a gradual payment method, he said in a press release on Wednesday.

Housing body will build a total of 420 residences for Turks living abroad in Sancaktepe district on Metropolitan Anatolia side.

TOKI already kicked off various projects for low-income citizens who paid for the houses in a progressive period like to pay rent.

He has so far built approximately 1.1 million homes for more more than 5 millions of citizens.

To continue with determination to initiate new projects in line with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s goal of “wearing out these projects until there is no longer a single low-income citizen left without one home”, TOKI has now expanded son project network.

Acting with a vision that embraces all segments of society, from workers to civil servants or merchants, TOKI will implement the Sancaktepe project with a horizontal architectural understanding.

With the project new living space will be created with son social neighborhoods where the neighborhood culture will be maintained.

The call for tenders for the new living spacewhich consists of 420 residences, including project design continue, will take place in a limited time.
