Turkish Defense Minister: Russia denies involvement in terrorist attack in Odessa

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar clarified that Russia denies Ankara’s involvement in the strikes on the Ukrainian port of Odessa. After Kyiv and Moscow signed an agreement in Istanbul to resume Ukrainian grain exports, Akar said: “The Russians have told us that they have absolutely nothing to do with this attack and that they are looking into the matter closely.”
