According to local media reports, two powerful explosions rocked Belgorod in southwestern Russia on Monday morning.
The Russian news agency TASS quoted a message on the Telegram platform from regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov: “I was woken up by two powerful explosions half an hour ago.
“According to the Crisis Center, there are no reports of casualties and destruction,” Gladkov added, noting that “a number of photographs were published on social networks showing a flash in the sky.
