Russia and Ukraine complete their third round of talks on Monday, Russian Embassy in Minsk was quoted as saying by TASS news agency.
A Ukrainian negotiator at the talks said some small progress has been made on to agree on logistics for evacuation of civilians, but no agreement has been reached that significantly improves the situation in son together.
The two parties will continue talks on a ceasefire, said negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak in a video statement.
