Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe told Parliament yesterday: “His country will remain bankrupt until at least 2026, calling for support for his reforms to revive the economy in light of the historic crisis.” I want to bring this country out of the crisis it is facing.

The public blames the crisis on Wickremesingh in light of the lack of food, fuel, electricity and medicine, and the public is unhappy with the government’s tax hikes and removal of fuel and electricity subsidies in light of record inflation.
